Description: This is an old (1930-1950) variant of the Clan Gordon tartan [1]. It is not the the one usually used today, which has thinner black bands, and black guard lines on either side of the yellow over-check. This variant version is based on the 92nd (Gordon Highlanders) Regiment tartan, but with even thicker black bands.
