Image: Cliff Swallow Builder
Description: Cliff Swallow ( petrochelidon pyrrhonota) with the early makings of a nest. A number of cliff swallows were building their structures on this wall. Shot at ISO800 on my E520. Most cliff swallow nests are under eaves in less-than-ideal lighting. I'm also careful to keep my distance from nesting birds, so keeping all of that in mind, a cliff swallow in process. Blog post related to this photo.
