Description: The Commercial Building, Guinness Street, Greymouth, was built in the 1910s as a law office for barrister and solicitor William "Billy" Joyce, next to the newly-constructed Courthouse. It is a single-story office building built of brick with three contrasting stone bands. It continued to be used a law offices for the next century.
