Description: Unlike the rest of BA's fleet of Concordes, G-BOAB, nicknamed 'Alpha Bravo', never returned to service following the crash of Air France Flight 4590, and went unmodified, and has remained at Heathrow Airport since its final landing, a repositioning flight from JFK. Visible from both aircraft at the airport and road traffic nearby, it sits roughly in line with the end of Myrtle Avenue. This photograph was taken during a visit to the avenue on July 8, my Birthday.
