Description: Jetty on Thames serving great Ford Motor Works, Dagenham. View eastwards from a pleasure steamer on the way to Southend. Note the sizeable ship, perhaps being loaded with cars for export. There was a tremendous amount of interest on that three-hour trip down from Tower Pier to Southend Pier.
