Description: Comparison of scrapped Sonic the Hedgehog 2 level, Dust Hill Zone (top), and a level in Sonic Mania, Mirage Saloon. The later drew inspiration from the former. The image of Dust Hill Zone is the only image known to exist. The game is not playable in any leaked prototype ROMs. Some consider the image to be a mock-up since Sonic is off-center.
