Description: Swigart's Mill in York County, Pennsylvania, built 1794. This is just east of the town of East Berlin, Adams County, Pennsylvania (the creek is the county border line). East Berlin (formerly known as Berlin) is not named after the cold war political division in Germany, but is meant to distinguish between the several towns in German-settled areas of Pennsylvania known as Berlin.
