Description: Edgartown Harbor Light decorated for 2012 holiday festivities during the Christmas in Edgartown weekend of December 7, 2012. These decorations will adorn the lighthouse, and include a large green wreath not visible in this nighttime photo until after New Years Day 2013. This annual ceremony of decorating Edgartown Harbor Light during the holidays was initiated by Vineyard Environmental Research, Institute (VERI), shortly after VERI saved the lighthouse from being torn down during the 1980s.
