Description: The Fourth Post Office c. 1839, Toronto, Ontario. Note: Nowadays this is known as "Toronto's first post office. Presumably the earlier three post offices were in York, Upper Canada. Note:This building survives to the present day, but looks very different, as the addition of a mansard roof added a fourth story.
