The structure is a mix of Spanish and Federal-style. It features a symmetric facade, portico entrance, Spanish tiled roofs and arched windows. There is a circular driveway in front of the facade. In the center of the driveway is an island of well-manicured grass. Streetcar rails line the streets. A man is walking along the edge of the sidewalk (right).
