(Republic's contract no. 38927 project 88, 196th in production line.) 17 Dec 61 -- Assigned to 4440th Aircraft Delivery Group 20 Dec 61 -- To 49th TFW, USAFE, Spangdahlem AB, (FRG) Germany (Prelimary research by John Graff, past Military A/C Curator, WOTRASM, 508 assigned to 8th TFS, circa 2000) 27 Oct 62 and 8 Aug 64 -- Back to Brookley AMA, AL for modification work (Project LOOK-ALIKE); returned to 49th after each period 17 Jul 65 -- To CASA Getafe, Spain, for maintenance (presume "SIXPACK" mods and camo paint) 12 Aug 65 -- To 3415th Maintenance and Supply Group, ATC, Lowry AFB, Denver CO, as tech training airframe. 28 Feb 66 -- struck from USAF inventory Oct 75 -- To Lowry Tech. Traning Center, Lowry AFB 18 Mar 76 -- Dropped from mntce inventory, to parade grounds circa 84 -- To Lowry Heritage Museum, Lowry AFB Dec 94 -- To Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, (Lowry AFB closed), Lowry Campus, Denver CO Flight hours logged 1961 -- 21 1962 -- 230 1963 -- 290 1964 -- 217 1965 -- 110......
