Description: Balkan ve Trablusgarp Savaşları’nda alınan mağlubiyetler sonucunda dönemin hükumeti (İTC) tarafından Müslüman, Türk gençlerin savaş şartlarına ve seferberliklere alıştırılması için Keşşaflık Ocağı sistemine yoğunluk verilmiştir. Fenerbahçe Kulübü de, bu anlayış gereğince bünyesinde altyapı (genç) oyuncularından oluşan izciler eğitmek için ilk olarak 1913 yılında Keşşaflık Ocağı takımını kurmuştur.
