Description: Finchley Road tube station Northbound Metropolitan Line (to the left bound for Uxbridge) and Jubilee Line (to the right bound for Stanmore) trains leave Finchley Road tube station, while a southbound Jubilee Line train for Stratford awaits departure on the far right. I write northbound in general terms because the trains are actually heading westwards here and by the time they get around the bend they are briefly heading more south than north...! The photograph illustrates the difference in size between the rolling stock of the two lines.
