Description: Former flag of the Ministry of Transport in New Zealand, now obsolete according to FOTW. This SVG is missing the coat of arms of the former ministry as a badge in the disc in the fly. According to FOTW, the flag uses the New Zealand White Ensign in canton with a white disc in fly, however an actual photo of the flag from the Ministry's facebook page shows that it actually uses the national flag, and the disc is blue. The coat of arms is also in full colours.
