Description: The Security Sector Reform seminar was held in Bangui from 14th to 17th April. During these four days all major actors of the security sector discussed the country's situation and suggested a series of reforms to improve security in the Central African Republic. In a final speech, the President and the Government of the CAR committed to follow the recommendations of the seminar and received the support of bilateral and international partners.
