Description: The waitress whispered this little secret of a dessert to us, and of course it was the priciest one on the menu :) We do love our goats curd, and did not need any persuasion to order it! As good as the Holy Goat Goats Curd was, it was probably over-sweetened. The blueberries and the amazingly fragrant base both overpowered the mild milky curd. Only when we carefully scooped a spoonful of unadulterated goats curd, could we properly enjoy this luscious silky curd cheese with a subtle tang typical of goats curd. On it's own the nutty base was like eating peanut butter or sesame paste! Giant Steps / Innocent Bystander Winery
