Description: Dovecote in Walkden Gardens, Sale, Greater Manchester. The dovecote is the only remaining building of Sale Old Hall, which was demolished in the 1930s. The dovecote was moved in 2003 from its original location a mile away at Junction 6 of the M60, and rebuilt brick by brick in Walkden Gardens in 2004.
