Description: Flickr description Agastache cana (Hummingbird Mint) A member of the mint family, this perennial plant smells like bubble gum (this particular cultivar is named "Double Bubble Mint"). Native to the desert southwest of North America, Agastaches thrive in hot, dry locations with poor soil. Plus hummingbirds love it - we have 3 little ones that visit every year in the fall! Agastaches bloom in late summer and fall. September 2008
