Description: I'm 51 and have never made my own meatballs. Till tonight. Had some good ground beef from the TRU Meat Store.I used the method from http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-meatballs-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-108048 Lacking breadcrumbs, I crumbled up some wheat saltines crackers. Lacking Parmesan cheese I snuck in cheddar. Lacking parsley and Oregano I used Mrs Dash. Lacking a mixing bowl I had to use the largest cook pot, which I then cleaned to cook the noodles. I broiled them about 20 minutes then simmered in the sauce. Made a huge mess. Tasted pretty damned good.
