Michael Thomas was awarded the prize for his book 'Man Gone Down'. The award is the world's largest literary prize for a single work of fiction published in English. It involves libraries from all corners of the globe, and is open to books written in any language. The Award is administered by Dublin City Public Libraries. http://www.impacdublinaward.ie
