Description: Jok mu sap (Thai script:โจ๊กหมูสับ) is a rice congee with minced pork. It is always served with fresh ginger sliced in to thin strips, chopped spring onions, and with some light soy sauce. The Thai version of this Chinese dish often also contains deep-fried rice vermicelli (mi krop), as is the case with the version shown.
