Description: The Jubilee Memorial, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. This is a Grade II listed building (1315844), designed by architects H.E. and A. Bown, and begun and completed in 1887. The contractor was Richardson of Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and the sculptor of the marble statue of Queen Victoria was William John Seward Webber (1842–1919).
