Description: This is Judith with the Head of Holofernes, a tempera-on-panel painting dated to between c. 1490 and c. 1495, attributed to the Italian painter Matteo di Giovanni (lived c. 1430 – 1495). It is currently on display in the Eskenazi Museum of Art on the campus of Indiana University Bloomington in Bloomington, Indiana.
