Description: McDonnell Douglas MD-11 PH-KCF of KLM in Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Canada (August 2011). KLM has phased out all of its MD-11s, with the last being retired in 2014. It will replace them with Boeing 787s and Airbus A350s, which will be quieter and more fuel efficient, however until these aircraft are delivered KLM's existing Boeing 777s and Airbus A330s are covering for the MD-11s on routes on which the MD-11 was previously used.
