Description: Made by Local boulders,this Shiva temple is situated on the hill top of the Khakparta Village. This temple is erected directly on the surface of the hill without having any foundation. there is a narrow entrance of one meter height to the temple facing east. A Shiva Linga is installed in the Grabhagriha which is presiding deity of the temple. Planned in the triratha, the shikara of the temple is crowned with an amlaka. The height of the temple is about four meter. This temple has the same style and affinity with those of deol type shrines of Odisha that have come of during the medieval period. Recently, the Archaeological Survey of India has exposed group of small temples through scientific clearance in the foot-hill areaand all the temples are dedicated to lord Shiva as all excepting one are having Shiva-Linga installed in the Shrines.
