Description: Khao mok kai (Thai script: ข้าวหมกไก่) is the Thai version of a "chicken biryani". The Thai name literally means "rice covered chicken". The dish is made by cooking rice together with the chicken curry. The sauce on the side contains ginger, coriander (cilantro), green chillies, vinegar, sugar, salt and water.
