Description: This is a photograph of the Guibourd House, in Ste. Geneviève, Missouri Built in 1806, the structure is an example of poteaux-sur-sol construction. It was the home of Jacques Jean Rene Guibourd de Luzinais, French immigrant, merchant, owner of a tanyard and lead mine.
