Description: My brother & mom came to visit on Wednesday before my brother leaves on a trip to Taiwan for a month. We went to dinner an then played scrabble on the back porch & ate this tasty tasty lemon pie. This pie was super, super easy to make (5 minutes, max). Recipe: Ingredients: 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding 2 cups cold milk 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Graham Pie Crust 8 oz. Whipped Topping, thawed, divided Directions: 1. In a large bowl, beat pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk for 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust. 2. Whisk half of the whipped topping into remaining pudding mixture; spread this over pudding layer in crust. 3.Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Originally from:Kraft Foods.
