Description: Section of Lincoln Highway in southwestern Platte County, Nebraska; looking southwestward toward the Prairie Creek bridge, whose trusses are just visible in the distance. This is part of a 1.2-mile (2.0 km) section of the highway that is listed in the National Register of Historic Places under the name Lincoln Highway-Gardiner Station. On the berm at left are the tracks of the Union Pacific Railroad.
