Description: This is a typical non- vegetarian meal from Konkan region (Malwan) from Maharashtra. Whole plate includes Appetizer, Salad, Main Course, Bread & Accompaniments. Appetizer(Sol kadhi-in pink colour) is Sour & Tangy with hint of spices & Kokam fruit grown in Konkan with freshness of coconut milk. Chiken sukha and curry is wholesome main course mid to high spicy cooked with local spices, coconut & chilles. Chapati is whole wheat flat bread which goes well with any Indian curry. Rice is the staple food of Konkani people , they enjoy it with all meals , even in breakfast. Green chutney is made by grinding coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, groundnut , lemon juice and spices. Pickles of raw mango, lemon or fish(shrimp) goes as a accompaniments.
