Description: Mary Macarthur Gardens in Cradley Heath. It's near Sydney Road and Lower High Street. The statue of Mary Macarthur is near the corner of the park. On my visit there was several gardeners in front of the statue, so did my best with the views I got of it. Mary Macarthur was a trade unionist who led women chainmakers in a strike in 1910. The statue was unveiled in 2012, by the local artist Luke Perry.
