Description: Melia azedarach, the white cedar, is a small to medium sized tree planted ornamentally in a few locations in 7th Brigade Park. It is a handsome deciduous tree whose berries are attractive to birds. Melia azedarach is found in drier closed forests locally and is native to tropical and subtropical Australia and southern Asia.
