Description: The marble-clad building at 9 East 7th Street or 61 Cooper Square in the East Village, Manhattan, New York City, now used by the First Ukrainian Evangelical Pentecostal Church, was built in 1867 as the Metropolitan Savings Bank, designed by Carl Pfeiffer in the Second Empire style.
