Description: Minvilla Manor at the corner Broaday and Fifth Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. This building was initially constructed as rowhouses in 1913 by real estate developer H. Clay Bondurant (1846–1918) and designed by the prominent local architectural firm, Baumann Brothers. In the early 1960s, a white concrete facade was added to the front of this building, and it was renamed, "Fifth Avenue Motel." The building was condemned in 2002, but rehabilitated in subsequent years as housing for the homeless.
