Description: Barcelona - Palau de la Música Catalana. El Palau va ser inaugurat el 1908 amb un breu concert en el qual es van interpretar peces de Clavé i Händel. La façana projectada per Domènech i Montaner va sorprendre als barcelonins. D´obra vista, de bella policromia gràcies a l´ús de revestiments de mosàic ceràmic, est`presidida a la cantonada per un espectacular grup escultòric de Miquel Blay : una enorme proa de pedra que representa una al-legoria de la música popular. És una obra d´un elevat simbolisme conceptual, amb dos nens i dos ancians abraçant una nimfa mentre Sant Jordi els protegeix amb la bandera catalana onejant al vent.
