Description: The sign was designed by Mrs. Holf-Smith, who was an art teacher at Felixstowe College and was carved by Mr. Jim Norman. The sign is located opposite the church and shows a monk beneath an arch representing the Benedictine Priory, who is looking out to sea at one of Edward III's ships
