Description: This is a picture of the Old Main Academic Center at Missisippi State University near Starkville, MS in Oktibbeha County. Construction on the building began in 2014 and was completed in 2017. The building is located behind the YMCA building which previously served as the university's post office. The building was designed to stylistically imitate the look and feel of the "Old Main Dormitory" which historically was located on the campus until it burned down in 1959. The building contains classroom spaces as well as a parking garage on the lower floors. It is a brick building with columns on the front. There are five total floors to the building.
