Description: Oxford University Press Oxford University first obtained a decree to print books in 1586, and established the right to print the King James Authorised Version of The Bible in the 17th century. It is now one of the largest publishers in the UK and the world's largest university press. This building on Walton Street was built between 1826 and 1830 and is still the publisher's headquarters, although books are no longer printed here.
