Description: Parsons Hall, with the Sears building visible to its right prior to expansion. Once home to a theatrical hall in its upper floors, the first two floors of still stand today on the corner of Race and Dwight Streets today. It was in Parsons Hall that the famous vaudevillian Eva Tanguay got her start as an amateur singer and dancer.
