William Flannery, commanding officer of Marine Aviation Training Support, Group Fifty-Three and Jim Vyskocic prepare to honor fallen heroes by laying a wreath into the water. Mr. Watchsmuth, Stansell and Vyskocic are members of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, Chapter Five. The ceremony was held at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island's Marina.
