Description: The Meritt Farm House was built in 1910 on 100 acres which John and Emma Meritt purchased in Phoenix. The house and the other structures of the farm were donated to the Pioneer Living History Museum and is now located at 3901 W. Pioneer Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
