Description: Built as a house, probably in late 1830s, and said to have been the town house of the Philipps family of Picton Castle. Acquired 1954 by Haverfordwest Borough Council and served as the borough council's headquarters until the borough was abolished in 1974. Thereafter used by Haverfordwest Town Council for their offices until 2020.
