Description: Unusual view of Propeller Tip Vortices being generated by P-40N1 Warhawk VH-ZOC at Temora in June 2009. Allan Arthur was taking off for a Formation Display with Temora Aviation Museum's Mk 16 Spitfire VH-XVI. Surprisingly, there were no vortices during the Spitfire's take-off, 30 seconds later. The P-40N is painted in RAF 112 Squadron green livery, with Code GA-Q. (The 'Shark Mouth' Nose Art makes the Warhawk look angry.)
