Description: This is a statue of Queen Elizabeth riding on Burmese, a horse given to her by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. She rode the horse in 18 consecutive birthday parades. In 1986, Burmese was retired to Windsor, where she died in 1990. The statue is located on the grounds of the Saskatchewan Legislature in Wascana Park.
