Description: Map shows the situation for Maryland's Eastern Shore in mid-August when the British occupied Kent Island and the locals were afraid the British were going to attack via the Choptank River. St. Michaels and Easton were among the presumed targets, and Queenstown and St. Michaels had already been attacked.
