Description: Royal Conservatory of Madrid (Spain), at 2nd Calle del Doctor Mata (street) in Centro district. Building was projected in 1769 by architect Francesco Sabatini and built between 1769 and 1788 as San Carlos Hospital. It was remodeled as a conservatory from 1987 to 1990.
