Description: "Claus Rittenhouse House" (Rittenhouse homestead), Lincoln Drive & Rittenhouse Street, Philadelphia, PA Building/structure dates: 1707 initial construction. Significance: The building is one of the earliest surviving structures constructed by German-speaking people in the State of Pennsylvania.
