Description: The Ross Island Bridge (in Portland, Oregon) from the southeast, from the Springwater Corridor Trail, in May 2019. This was shortly after the completion of a full repainting of the 1926-built bridge, the first since 1965, when it first received this blue color (replacing green, which had replaced black a decade earlier). The blue had faded considerably by the time of the repainting project, which ran from 2014 to early 2019, including preparation work.
