Description: Late Classic Maya vase from Sacul, Peten and now in the Museo Regional del Sureste de Petén in Dolores, Peten, Guatemala. The vase was a drinking vessel for chocolate. It depicts a mythological scene featuring the young Moon goddess. The vase includes a hieroglyphic text that identifies it as the drinking vessel of a lord of Naranjo.
