Description: Mooncakes from Suzhou are known for the flaky dough and come in both sweet and savoury types. Savoury mooncakes are typically filled with minced pork; here, green onions, Chinese radish, and shiitake mushroom are also added. These particular ones were made by my mother in Canada.
